Our Quality team is in integration with Quality, Efficacy, and Safety for all the materials which undergo both qualitative and quantitative analysis based on the specifications as per standards right from procurement to dispatch (i.e., raw materials, solvents & packaging materials and other related items).
Our quality control (QC) Lab is well equipped with latest instruments like Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Fume Hood chamber, Hot air Oven, Vacuum Oven, Etc.
Standard specifications, test methods, and other quality-related data are regularly updated and recorded in the worksheet for each product.
Our state-of-the-art analytical facilities monitor and maintain strict quality control of our products and processes at every stage to meet Pharmacopoeia / national / international quality standards.
Quality Control & Assurance
Based on the analysis report by R & D team on the basis of the results recorded in the worksheet by our Production department. Our Quality Control & Quality Assurance Manager decides for approval or rejection of the product and then releases the product with a Certificate of Analysis.
Our research team is a professionally managed team with mastery in Ayurvedic & Science streams. They explore new processes, technology, innovative products, mechanisms, and indications for the real medical needs with a concept, program and development of suitable formulations in a credible group that wants impactful medicine.
Critical parameters like physico-chemical and microbiological parameters are always checked in comparison with the working standard for verification for each product.
